It snowed rather much this night and morning. But then the rain and warmer winds came. This will probably happen tonight and tomorrow night too. The roads will be funny to drive on then. As You can see the fog came to.

Woke up this morning to a miner snowstorm. So I decided to drive to work a little earlier than usual, so I wouldn´t be late. I did however read two blogs before I drove away from home. One is “GeeGee´s Graffiti” a blog I´ve really waited to start and the other one was “Wsprsweetly of cottages” a blog I´ve resently started to follow.

It was impossible to see farther than ten meters (33 feet) ahead of the car. I drove so slowley but still managed to get one front wheel into a ditch when the road made a little turn. No danger though. I had no speed to talk about so I could break in time. But it sure made me more sprightley in mind :-) It took more than double the time to get to work today.

But the rain came after that of course and warmer winds, so now it´s also foggy outside. Tonight they say that more snow will come and then warmer winds and so on. Looks like most time will be spent indoors this weekend and I who wanted to walk out onto the bog and the new island I went to last week. But i´m not going out there if it´s snowing, because then I surley would get totally lost.

I´ve been a bit sour these last days, because no of the seeds I´ve ordered had come. But today I´m happy again. The seeds from Gardens North and the Botanical garden of Gotheburg came today. So for me the spring alredy has come :-) I´ll start with them as soon as the morning walk with the dogs is done tomorrow :-)
Have a nice day now!

Today I walked on the bog closest to my home. Usually it´s more or less impossible to walk here. I thought it would be easier now when it´s frozen, how wrong I was :-)

There isn´t much nutricion on the bog, so the trees looks sik and grows very slowley. This pine isn´t a meter high (3,2feet) but it´s probably much older than I am. Over 44 then.

Good for you, Christer!
years ago we would start our seeds around this time of year, placing on racks in our small sunroom that had sun most of the day. Each time, no matter how often it happened, it was so exciting to see new life spring forth! We planted and planted and then transferred outdoors then into a garden and if I was luckey )or more likely apt at what I was doing) a third of the seedlings would make it. OMG! To have a green thumb as you do!
Take care ... AliceMary

Thank you so much for your sweet though unearned words on my blog ... As you have noticed, my family are great encouragers and cheer-leaders for me that, too, unearned and now you. What a dear man you are and a praise-worthy friend.
God bless you, dear heart ..GeeGee (great grandmother)

Hi AliceMary!
To sow seeds gives me a kickstart going in to spring. Now when the energylevels are low it sort if giving me some extra energy to sow the seeds. But who knows how many of them that really will germinate :-) As long as I get some tomatoe plants I´m happy :-)
