They had changed how it looks when downloding photo´s here on blogger yesterday and I couldn´t for my life understand how I would do to download photo´s from my own computor. Going to Blogger helpcentre is as usefull as standing in front of a runaway truck asking for directions :-) :-) But there are groups where You can mail questions and hopefully there will be someone reading the question and answers too. I was lucky and got an answer real fast. The funny thing is that today it´s back to normal again???!!! I wonder what happened yesterday , why did it change like it did???

It rained almost all afternoon and night yesterday and it was a nice spring rain. We really didn´t need it but I like how it smells after a rain like that. The vegetation almost explodes afterwards too. Buds are growing and opening up now and more spring flowers has opened up.

The sky is mostly grey now, but every now and again the sun shines through smaller gaps in the clouds. The cranes I call “The teenagers” because they stay during summer and hang out in smaller or bigger groups, are now walking around in the fields close to the village. I walked the wrong way to be able to see them this morning, but we could hear them clearly, they shout really loud.

You can see the stone age toomb in the background.

But we could see the fox from a distance. My camera isn´t that good that I could take a photo of him unfortunally. His scent flew to us with the wind and even if my dogs didn´t care Bertil did. He wasn´t happy and continously told us so all the time until we came in to the village again :-) :-) Normally he quiet when walking with us nowdays.

Money wort or Creeping Jenny (Lysimachia nummularia). This sort gets yellow leavs later on.
Corydalis solida, couldn´t fins any english name for it. This spreads like crazy :-) and nowdays my neighbour has it too. It didn´t take three years until it had spread outside my garden :-) But it dissaperes soon after the seeds are ready to be spread. If I understand things correct it´s ants spreading them.

American Silverberry or Wolf-willow (we call it silver bush).

If the grass dries up I will probably have to mowe the lawn today. But first I´ll have to change oil in the mower. I bought it last autumn and I was told that I had to change the first oil after ten hours on lawn mowing. So perhaps I´ll start with that today and wait with the rest :-) But first I´ll take a cup of tea.

Have a great day now!

Hi, Christer.
Beautiful photographs. It must have been a good scent morning if you could smell the fox from a distance. Tell Bertil that it was probably more interested in the teenage storks.

Hi Caryn!
Well i couldn´t smell his scent though :-) He was way to fara away for me, but foxes doesn´t smell that nice to be honest. But Bertil reakted directly when the winds came towards us and looked that way all the time.

As it looked I think he was more interested in water voles to be honest. He was spying down into the creek :-)
Have a great day now!

Hello! I've had your blog bookmarked for a good while, and I just signed up as a follower. I get lost in your photos of the forest and daydream a little. Very peaceful. I always enjoy stopping by. Have a great day!

Hi Christer.

Was great to see the photos from yesterday. And yes, I agree, Blogger's help desk can be unnerving. I have been struggling with my header on my blog for several weeks now. When I changed the blogger format so that I could use Windows Live Writer, I followed the steps to REMOVE the blog title/header, but I keep getting a random error message. I've come to learn (thru reading those help messages that others also post) that the number generated with your error message means absolutely nothing! It is not a specific code to alert the blogger help desk fix your problem. SHEESH!

Anyway, I enjoyed the werewolf moon! as well as today's pics in the forest. Your photos can always take me away to a more peaceful place...even with the chaos ensuing around me.

BTW...I think you might get a kick out of today's post...I thought of you as I think of my children as fellow Scandinavians! LOL

Take care,
Val

Hi Valerie!
So the error code doesn´t mean anything special! in a way I´m not surprised :-) :-) :-) Well I don´t pay anything for using Blogger so who am I to complain.

My camera usually don´t take good photo´s of the moon when it´s dark, but it got rather good yeasterday. With all folk lre about bogs and that moon shining it can be scary for many people, but I love it :-)

Anything about scandinavians You know :-)
Have a great day now!

Christer,
Your photos are always lovely, and I want to walk the paths and take comfort in the quiet and the company of dogs.

Interesting finished coloring, today! I just want to walk down those paths. Thanks for sharing.

I love the green in that last tiny flower. One of my favorite colors!
The pictures of the dog and Bertil are really wonderful! I love the way Bertil comes with you like that. Not all cats will do things like that. He is such an adventurer! :) Our cat used to go jogging with my husband to the high school and follow him around the track over and over..and then back home. My husband was a great animal lover and was partial to cats. I think they know this. Dogs too. I miss having one so much at times.
It is time for the Cranes to go? It seems it is going by so fast this year. My whole world seems to be speeding faster and faster.
I loved your post today, Christer. Those dogs are glorious creatures!!
Mona :)
p.s. I did get some bargains on Saturday! I give a lot away and plan to give more to my children.

Hi Kat!
Thanks!
II love walking around here, especially on sunday mornings whem there´s no sounds from anything else than nature. Other days there´s always a tractor or something.
Have a great day now!

Hi Sharlene!
I do hope the forest company were here to check where they will plant new trees because if it is new places they´ll cut down trees there won´t be many forest paths left.
Have a great day now!

Hi Mona!
I´ve noticed that most cats follows if they are young, but most stops before they are one year old. So Your old cat and my Bertil is very special :-)

Oh yes, they can feel wether we like them or not. Especially cats can become nasty if they feel if someone doesn´t like them. They must go to that person when they visit and they can become real pests :-) :-)

Yes now it´s only the teenager cranes and those nesting here left. The rest has flown north now.

I agree, time´s flying away! Feels like it was yesterday I came home from the hospital!
Have a great day now!

Yeah, I'd noticed they changed the layout for uploading photos, too, and it took me a minute to figure it out. You're right, Google help centre is useless :)

I like it when everything bursts after a good rain, too. It happened here just the other day.

Hi Perovskia!
Now they have changed it back to normal again! But I didn´t understand how to do it at all :-) :-)

We are having new rains here now, so tomorrow it´ll grow even more :-)
Have a great day now!
