Not a bad start of the morning!

We were short of people at work again today, so I had to do my normal job. It felt ok during the day and it was kind of fun doing it again, but now I feel it was to early. My leg started to ace rather much wehen my doga and I were out walking an hour ago and now my back started too. I hope this doesn´t disturb my sleep tonight. But the good thing is that I won´t have to do it tomorrow.

The digger that took up all tree stumps from the ground made some damage on the road and here it has destroyed all raspberry bushes too.

All old tree stumps are all over the place cut in quarters. Now they started to pile them up in a hughe pile outside the forest.

I was hoping to get my new computor by now, but still no sign of it. It said in the order it was to be expected May fith, but it also said that they were wating for them to be delivered to the phone company too. Normally it doesn´t bother me if things are late butr my old computor doesn´t get any junger so to speak :-) :-) Now it takes around 25 minutes from when I´ve started it until I can use it :-) :-) and when the anti virus update is downloading it´s impossible to use the computor at all :-) :-) Well it is nine years old by now and worked fantastic even if the lightning has gone through it :-) :-) :-) (and my right hand at the same time :-) :-) )

I have a wild species of begonia in my kitchen and it get loads of flowers like this during the summer.

My Gardenia is opening a new flower today :-)

My dogs are sleeping and my cats are outside doing whatever cats may do when they are outside in the sunshine. I feel it´s time for a cup of tea and after that a tour out into the cyber world to read Your blogs :-)

Have a great day now!

hi christer.....i picked up all of the ingredients i am going to send you and will package them over the weekend and get them out in the beginning of next week. even if the cookies break a bit in transit, you can still use them because they just soak up the pudding and become part of the whole recipe. i love seeing pics of all the dogs together. they really look like they rule the territory. we are having a sunny cool day but i haven't been able to get much accomplished. i've had workmen here all day turning on the irrigation system and checking air conditioning. tomorrow my arborist comes to trim and thin trees and my garden cleaning crew comes as well. during these times i am in lock down in the house keeping teddy away from all of them! rest your hip! joyce

Hi Joyce!
You are to kind! But I told my friends about the banan pudding and they really wants it to the summer barbeque :-) :-)

The do look like they rule here :-) :-) The bouys doesn´t to be honest but the old lady really does :-)

Does Teddy want to chase them away or is she like my dogs that would love those people to death if they could :-) :-)

I´m glad that You use an arborist to trim the trees! Over here people are a bit to happy to use chain saws to heavily cutting their trees in the absolutly worst way. It´s so uggly and the trees die much earlier when they do like that.
I promise to rest my leg!
Have a great day now!
Christer.

Please be careful and take it easy with your work

Don't overdo, Christer. Perhaps you may have to forego morning walks for a few days until your hip is totally well...I know. I know. You don't want to, but you must get better, first...

Hej Christer!
I get so cross when big machinery is used to clear stuff and then it destroys the small wild plants along the side. A big farmer hereabouts with more money than sense uses weedkiller along his road frontage and it pains me..
On another occasion he was driving his big tractor along the road and it went up onto the earthbank at the side just in the place where mu favourite wild plants grow, that is, cowslips (Gullviva, Primula veris). Now the cowslips are gone and I cannot forgive him for these 2 minor deeds!
OK Rant over, the picture of the pearl hyacinths puts me in a calmer mood...
It's Friday tomorrow!

Christer,
Take the time and rest your weary body. You don't want to set yourself back at all.

I have a landscaper who takes care of my lawn, my trees and my flowers. Each of the last two years he has taken down dead pine trees, two a year. He is really good, and I trust his opinions.

My irrigation system has been up and running for about a week now. The grass was actually getting dry too early in the season.

Gracie rules me while Fern, the cat, rules Gracie. Maddie, my other cat, runs from Gracie and swats Fern. It's a crazy pet house.

Take care of yourself!!

I hope the rest tonight will do you good. I did that before, too (recently, actually) - started taking on too much work when I thought my arm was ready for it, when it wasn't. Take care of yourself, okay?

It makes me sad they took out the raspberry bushes. Those are some good eatin' :)

You'll be excited to get a new computer. New toys are fun :)

Hi Wenche!
Unfortunally there were no one else that could do my job yesterday, we´re only two that can. Otherwise we´ve decided that I wouldn´t do it for a couple of weeks. But I did take much longer time than usual just because I wouldn´t get injured.
Have a great day now!
Christer.

Hi Sharlene!
Yesterday I just had to do my ordinary job, otherwise we wouldn´t have been able to paint anything at all. But from now I´m back to the easier job for a couple of weeks :-)

No I can´t stop my morning walks :-) :-) Those I need :-)
Have a great day now!
Christer.

Christer.

Hi Kat!
Yesterday I had to do that job again, but now I´m back to the easier one again.

Great that You have a landskaper! Taking down dead trees can be really dangerous if one isn´t 100% sure of how to do it.
No problems with dry grounds over here and tomorrow it´ll come a lot of rain so now we´ll manage some time more before we have to think about watering anything :-) :-) :-)

I think it´s Bertil that rules inside my home, but outside it´s the old lady :-)
Have a great day now!
Christer.

Hi Perovskia!
The rest helped a lot, but I still feel very stiff in my back and left leg. We´re only two persons that knows my job, so when he was at home I just had to go back for one day. But now I´m back to the easier job again :-)

Thankfully we have quite a lot of raspberry bushes here so I´ll still have a lot to eat later on :-) I hope the computor comes today!
Have a great day now!
Christer.
