The night was really cold and going out this morning felt like I had gone back a couple of weeks in time. But the sun was shining and there was no wind at all so it was quite pleasant to take the morning walk. But already on my way home the clouds started to slowly fly over the area and soon the sun was gone. It got much warmer on the other hand so I don´t complain :-) :-)

I managed to do quite a lot today. First I drove to work and said Hi to all my workfriends. After that I drove down to the vet to get more medicine for old Ernas back. Just in time actully, we used the last drops of the old bottle this morning.

After that I drove back to Falköping. I wanted to buy more fire logs, but it seemes there are no to but in the whole country. We are rather many that are a bit lazy and don´t want to buy real firewood and it has been rather cold this spring. They did however have small bags with  firewood so I bought a couple of those instead. Rather exåensive to be honest, but still much cheaper than the electricity I have to use otherwise.

The deep hole in the ditch is overfilled with water now.

When that was done I drove to a tire firm. I was going to just leave the tire there so they could repaire it when ever they wanted this week. But to my surprise they did it immediatly. It showed that I had an inner tube in the tire and it was broken. It didn´t take ten minutes for them to change inner tube and put the tire on my car.

I don´t think I have to worry about that the natural pond will dry out this spring :-) :-)

I felt my dogs deserved a long walk when I came home and since most snow has melted we could walk where ever we wanted :-) So now it´s time for a pot of tea and a little nap I think :-)

Have a great day now!

I don´t think there´s any risk for that when it comes to my own pond either :-) :-)

I'm still hung up on Lake Hornborga. I'm reading everything they post over there. It's interesting and gives me a broader picture in my mind as to where you live. Thanks again for putting up the link. I haven't seen any cranes though on the live cam. I'll probably jump out of my chair when I do. Great muddy pictures today Christer. Keep up the good work. I need a tire man like you have over here in Florida. 10 mins?? WOW! Buy that guy a beer. Enjoy your nap.

Hi Z&M!
There´s still very few cranes here yet, but check the webbsite in a week or two and i bet there are plenty of cranes :-)

I´m as surprised as You when it comes to that tire guy :-) :-) I was prepared to wait a week or so before getting the tire back :-) :-)
Have a great day now!

hi christer...i am surprised to hear you have inner tubes in your tires. we haven't had those for years. it sounds like you are healing well and finally getting out a bit. good for you. it rained here this morning and is about to get cooler and rain more. some places got 8 inches of snow from this storm. not much else going on here. i am about to start on another mosaic project. joyce

Hi Joyce!
I was very surprised to to be honest. That´s not normal here either. So i guess the tire got damaged some time before and instead of fixing it they put in an inner tube.

We´re getting it warmer again after a cold arctic night. Might even get some rain and since that would take away the last of the snow I welcome it :-)

Looking forward to see how that project turns out then!
Have a great day now!

Did you have a cold? I know you'll be glad when the weather changes and you have a real pond, again. Isn't it exciting that you actually got to town, today! See, you'll be leaping fences before long. Thanks for sharing the great pix.

Hi Sharlene!
I think it´s a small cold I´m having. It doesn´t seeme to want to break out or dissapere. It just sort of hangs on :-)

It was a bit nervous to sit down in my little car for the first time in five weeks and drive away :-) But It´s soo good to know I just can jump in to my car and drive away when I feel for it :-) :-)
Have a great day now!

Hello Sharon!
Welcome to my little blog!

I´m afraid it will be anything but sunshine today, but rain will help getting rid of that last snow we have here :-)

Have a great day now and welcome back!
Christer.
